Make a list with your favourite rocksongs..
Here's mine...
1. Lawrence of Suburbia - LIVE
I think that this song is the greatest song D-A-D ever have made. It has it all, but I think that the liveversion is the best
2. Thunderstruck - LIVE - AC/DC
The intro of the song says it all. I imagine myself standing a crowd with 100.000 people screaming "Thunder".. And I'll be blown away..
3. Livin' on the Edge - Aerosmith
I think that Aerosmith have made some of the greatest rocksongs and this is one of them. I'm thankfull that they're still here..
4. Mom in love & Daddy in Space - Kashmir
Once again we have some great danish rock. And a great song.. High five!
5. Knockin' on heavens door - Guns 'n' Roses
Once again a band I thing is one of best bands we ever had. They've amazing rock tunes and this coverversion is totally gre8t.. Sadly that the real gunners aren't in the band anymore
6. Smells like teen spirit - Nirvana
I think it's sad that Kurt Cobain no longer is among us. He was a great frontman... I like this grungie song.. Power, power and it's rock..
7. Midlife Crieses - Faith No More
I so love the way the frontsinger sings this song. It makes it very raw and special.
8. God gave rock 'n' roll to you - Kiss
I don't know if this song is a coverversion. I just like the song...
9. Enter Sandman - Metallica
I'm proud be a Dane when we have such a great Danish drummer in a world known band. This song is soo great. When I was younger I always thought that they sing "Pepsi light"... Hahaha
10. Ich will - Rammstein
This song sounds very good when you put it on your stereo and turns up your stereo... Good German rock
I might have forgotten some songs. In my opion I think that rockmusic was best in the 80's and in the beginning of the 90's. I think that D-A-D are better now that they ever been before. I absolutely don't mind D-A-D in the 80's.......
Well... now it's your turn....

Intersting subject, here are mine:
- D-A-D 'Sleeping My Day Away':
the riff is so cool, the 'big' guitars fit very well, and Jesper's voice is amazing. Reminds me of some good times.
- Johnny Crash 'Hey Kid':
The riff is also really cool, Vicky J. Wright's voice is amazing, the song is rocking. Too bad this band didn't break through.
- Guns N Roses 'Rocket Queen':
They used to be the best in the mid 80's, 'Appetite For Destruction' is such an awesome album, and this song is really nice, two parts, the second riff is really cool. Slash's solos are great.
- Metallica 'Orion':
It's an instumental still it makes any metalhead bang his head until the end. Cliff was a true genius, and the bass lines in the second part of the song are the best example of his masterising of harmony. Awesome song.
- Queen 'Bohemian Rhapsody':
Damn, what was that? these guys were genius, it's a ballad, then an a capela, then a hard rock tune. Brilliant!
- The Ramones 'Bonzo Goes To Bitburg':
There are so many cool songs by The Ramones, but this one is special, the riff is excellent, and they picked up a precise fact in the news to do a global critisicism of the US govt. Very clever.
- Backyard Babies 'Look At You':
Modern, straight in your face, direct, rock n roll, Scandinavian sleaze. I love it!
- The Who 'Won't Get Fooled Again':
aaah, power chords, this song is really powerful, plus the keyboard break in the middle and the reprise after that is a great moment in rock n roll.
- AC/DC 'Walk All Over You':
This album is my favorite by AC/DC, and this song is just great, the riff is awesome, very fast. Love it.
- The Rolling Stones 'Have You Seen Your Mother Baby':
For me The Stones died with Brian Jones. This song is from the 60's, but it's still a killer! A true rock n roll song, Jagger had a great voice at that time.
That's 10, I think it's enough!
