Wow, I like the new look 
But like others above, I don't think automatically starting sound on a website is a good idea (good thing I had my headphones connected here at work!)
Any particular reason for using flash for the player btw? in these html5-days, there are plenty of other options for streaming

HTML5 audio streaming performance is terrible across different browsers. It's still much safer and easier to use flash.
With flash, you wont have to deal with several audio encodings that may or may not work in a specific browser.
Trust me when I say it isn't worth the hassle

Seems the new webdesign is an open invitation for intruders messing up the board. Would be nice if fixed soon.
I'd also enjoy if tabbed browsing (firefox) would work without the mediaplayer starting in every single tab...

All in all the new website is good, once you've got used to it but I just notice there's still no "quote" function here in the discussion which makes it quite hard to reply to specific postings. I would consider this as standard in any forum these days and I don't know a single one without that function.
