So now that the main tour's over - what did you think of it? Anything you wish that they would have changed?

From my point of view, I really enjoyed the gigs in London, Haderslev & Odense. And If I had the money, I would have went to some more! But I think that they guys did an awesome job, also with Laust getting out to the crowd + Cobber playing the piano smiley

London will be my fave gig - I have to admit that, because it was SO NICE to see them play somewhere else and with a different crowd! Ever since I saw, 30 Seconds To Mars play at the 02 Arena in 2010 I always wanted to go back to London & with D-A-D playing there, I saw a great chance of doing exactly that + it was cheap (flight, hostel & ticket)!

I would do this again - without any doubts! That was one heck of great ride + in & with great company! smiley

It would have been nice if they've had some more songs with from the new album though, like "Can't explain what it means" because to me it seems like a great crowd pleaser + as mentioned before, it would be awesome to hear Jesper & Laust in a duet on "Your lips are sealed" or something like that smiley

Looking forward to the summer gigs!

Moin Moin.
I've been in Hamburg and Odense.
Both concerts have been great, but I prefer Odense.
There is definatley a difference between german and danish fans.
And of course it's fantastic to see them on a bigger stage, with more lights and pyros and everything.
The setlist seemed good to me, but I would have loved if they played "Fast on wheels".
But where has the bass, which Stig is playing in "I want what..."-Video, been?
Didn't he tell in an interview last year that he would have a new bass on tour?
And maybe they can play one or two more gigs in nothern Germany next time,
maybe Flensburg or Kiel would be good, it's reachable for south danish and nothern german Fans.

Kind regards, Steffi

P.S.: I hope for a few more shows in Germany this summer, W:O:A isn't enough (and too expensive) smiley

I was in Odense and both shows in Falconer. Very nice shows both places, but Falconer also had a bit bigger stage, so the stage show where more impressive. I'm already planning the next three or four places to see them over see the summer, all three concerts were absolutely amazing! smiley I will NEVER get tired of attending concerts with these guys.
Regarding their setlist, I was positively surprised that they chose to play Lords and God's Favourite, had actually hoped for God's a couple weeks before the show in Odense smiley But as EmmesMum says it would have been nice if they played Fast On Wheels since their tour actually was called Fast On Wheels.

But all in all three amazing concerts, and I can't for the summer concerts with sun high in the sky beer in my hand and FANTASIC music once again smiley

I saw them seven times on this tour, one concert in denmark and six in good old germany. First I thought Esbjerg was the best show for me, because I was surprised of the big sound of the danish crowd - never had this experience at a D-A-D-Show before. BUT during the tour in Germany, I have to say that the best concerts for me were Bochum and Hamburg. A big big crowd of 800-1000 people (I think this is the perfect capacity for a D-A-D Show) and a great atmosphere from the audience.
The Setlist was a little bit unspectacular in Germany. I would love to hear "Lords of the Atlas" or "Gods favorite" in Germany too, here are also a lot of old D-A-D-Fans, who want to hear the rare songs. I would love more variety between the shows on a main-tour.
And I was a little bit disappointed that they didn't play "Fast On Wheels" - it was the name of the tour ?!?! So come on guys... smiley But maybe at the festivals? It's such a nice song for the summertime.

conclusion: D-A-D Shows are always a great time, because they are a perfect Live-Band with a magical spirit on stage.

I was in Hannover and Hamburg and both concerts were really great!Hannover was a cool club-concert and Hamburg was a real rock-show,although the setlists were the same. But Hamburg has a larger venue and a wilder audience and so it felt different. Now i´m looking forward to Bork Havn in August (Feriehuset is booked)and 2 hours ago I bought a ticket for the Kiel-Concert in June.Welcome to the Kieler Woche for the first time,boys...
