Meet 'n' Greet

The first time I recognice them was in SwedishTV about -86... and -89... I bought "no fuels..." it was the early exemplar that arrived to the stores, so their name on the vinyl was Disneyland After Dark later it changed to DAD...

That album I loved, cause the lyrics and party... politics in funny way...

And nowadays I can say that they are one of the best liveband... and the energy on stage.

...so they are still on my toplist over my favouritebands...

Just something about thier sound. A kick ass rock band and the musical style is different on almost every CD.
The first time I heard them was on muchmusic here in Canada, the video Sleeping my day away. A few years later on import music releases on a local radio station I heard Grow or Pay.
I was hooked & it took a bit of work mailing etc. to find out who D-A-D was. Then the website was up & running & I've been here ever since.

Because I went to se them live, if someone doesn't love 'em after that he can't be a normal person.

well.. I can't explain why.. Because of their perfomence on stage mostly I think..
They are'nt overtalented, but they all know how to work their music out! And I don't think that I have heard a single voice similar to Jespers. Even though some look-a-likes does a great job.

I like them for being the way they are, playing the music they play, and being danes

But I don't share that 'D-A-D are just the most talented musicians in Denmark, or even in the world' thing.. But then again.. Who knows if Cobber can play some progressive solos!??

Because I think that it's amazing too see a band fighting so much after Wig Wam. Having the strengh to come back.. It all shows that the guys from D-A-D is a damn hard powerfull team.. Some other bands wouldn't make it..
It's every concert, meeting, music worth being a fan of D-A-D
And the guys are really so kind
I'm proud of being a fan of them...!

Caus I love Jespers mellow and powerful voice, their tough songs and their attitude on stage. A rockband that really give Everything!
And when Cobber starts to play.. you don't want him to stop. Laust on his drums, amazing! And Stigge on his bas.

And their songs goes right to the heart. There's no word for it!
They rock!
